168 cards, 6 pawns, 6 player cards, gameboard, rules, and die. Suggested Retail Price $29.99 Stock #1483 UPC 837654320976 In ProductionWhat makes this edition “deluxe”? It’s got a big gameboard to keep your cards in place, and six colored pawns that you move on the gameboard as you level up! Plus a card to go with each pawn, to make it easy to remember who is what color and whose sex has changed!Go down in the dungeon. Kill everything you meet. Backstab your friends and steal their stuff. Grab the treasure and run.Admit it. You love it.Munchkin is the mega-hit card game about dungeon adventure . . . with none of that stupid roleplaying stuff. You and your friends compete to kill monsters and grab magic items. And what magic items! Don the Horny Helmet and the Boots of Butt-Kicking. Wield the Staff of Napalm . . . or maybe the Chainsaw of Bloody Dismemberment. Start by slaughtering the Potted Plant and the Drooling Slime, and work your way up to the Plutonium Dragon . . .And it’s illustrated (in full color!) by John Kovalic!Fast-playing and silly, Munchkin can reduce any roleplaying group to hysteria. And, while they’re laughing, you can steal their stuff.

Deluxe Edition should be standard Have only played a few games with some friends before I picked up this set. In my opinion, this is the way the original game should be instead of being labeled the Deluxe edition. The true difference between the original and the deluxe is simply the fact that there is a board with game tokens that you can use for counting your character’s level. The cards are also in full color, although that could be not exclusive to the Deluxe edition (I’m not 100% sure). This game is excellent for gaming groups who play games that are quite long and serious who need a break from those types of games for something a bit lighter. It is also a great for larger groups of players (5+) who are looking for something to play that is relaxing, engaging and not too complex. With the right group, the game encourages a humorous atmosphere and you’ll find yourself laughing quite a bit!The game itself keeps everyone engaged no matter who’s turn it is, because of fact that you are able…

We loved it! I purchased this game for my 16 year old son on recommendation of a Swedish friend, who’s played it for years. We grabbed it Christmas night to play, at the insistence of my son, and proceeded to spend the next four hours in some very animated gameplay. The oldest person playing was 61; the youngest 14. I can’t remember the last time we laughed so much, or had such competition going on. It takes a few rounds to get the hang of, but once you do, it just gets more fun as you go! If you have anyone who plays MMORPG’s (most of my family does)it’s guaranteed to entertain. The playboard helps you keep up with the gameplay, the cards themselves are sturdy, and everything goes back into the box like a dream.

Fun Game We bought this game as a game to play with the whole family. Everyone loves it. It allows for imagination and downright fun for all. The board in the game is helpful for all to keep track of their levels and thier items.
